[ANNOUNCEMENT CALL] Integrator

Subject of the call

Support the commercialisation of innovative products/services in the targeted strategic segment (thematic priority area in S3), in particular through process innovation and business organisation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises working together in the consortium.

Objective of the call

Support the establishment of long-term supplier relationships between SME consortia and other companies called Integrators to become part of their value chain. Integrators are medium-sized and large enterprises that are present in multiple markets, have a structured supply and value chain and provide their products and services to end-users.

Purpose of the call

Foster cooperation among SMEs and support the inclusion of innovative SME consortia in global value chains in targeted strategic segments of thematic priority areas in S3.

Financial allocation

The total amount of grants available is EUR 13 868 360.

  • Minimum aid amount per project: €300,000
  • Maximum aid amount per project: €820,000

Co-financing rate

  • 50% – 75% Eligible project costs

Eligible applicants

  • a legal or natural person who is micro, small or medium-sized enterprise (SME)

The applicant must apply and implement the project in partnership to be included At least 2 partners. Eligible partners are micro, small, medium-sized enterprises.

Eligible activities

Eligible activities are related to product development (Technological Readiness Level – TRL 7 and above) and activities process and organizational innovations aimed at establishing long-term supplier relationships a consortium of SMEs with other companies – Integrators.

Eligible costs

Eligible cost categories for Aid for process and organisational innovation

  • the costs of staff employed by the applicant and the partners who will work on the implementation of the project;
  • costs of instruments, equipment, buildings and land to the extent and for the period used for the project;
  • Costs of contractual research, know-how and patents bought or licensed from outside sources at market conditions used exclusively for the research and development project – maximum 20 % the total value of the project;
  • additional overheads and other operating costs, including costs of materials, supplies and similar products, incurred directly as a result of the project (at a flat rate of up to 15 % eligible direct staff costs).

Eligible cost categories for Innovation aid for SMEs

  • costs of obtaining, validating and protecting patents and other intangible assets (intellectual property);
  • costs of innovation advisory services and innovation support services, including services provided by research and knowledge dissemination organisations, research infrastructures, testing and experimentation infrastructures or innovation clusters, used exclusively for the project.

Eligible cost categories for de minimis aid

  • project management costs (expenditure on the services of an external project management expert, expenditure on the services of a procurement expert) and the costs of preparing the application documents for this Call – up to a maximum of EUR 50,000.00;
  • costs of external services such as market research and analysis, product testing, marketing plan development, product design, product/service promotion, etc.;
  • costs related to the fulfilment of the conditions of promotion and visibility;
  • costs for the implementation of actions related to horizontal principles.

Deadline and method of submission of applications

Project proposals are received from 5 May 2026, from 11 a.m. until the available funds are used; for this Call, no later than 11 a.m. on 31 December 2026.

[OPTION] Funding for testing and demonstration of hydrogen technologies for SMEs

North Adriatic Clean Hydrogen Investment Platform (NACHIP), a project co-financed by the European Commission’s I3 Instrument, has opened the first call for funding for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) developing innovative hydrogen solutions They are ready to test them in realistic operational environments.

The call will finance SMEs that already have a high-readiness technology (TRL 7 or higher) and want to demonstrate its Functionality, safety and applicability in real industrial and energy environments related to the hydrogen value chain.

The aim is to enable companies to prove that their solutions They are really working in practice. and to accelerate their path to market and commercialisation.

What is financed?

They are funded Innovation contributing to the development of hydrogen technologies, including:

  • Hydrogen use and storage solutions (mobility, energy, safety)
  • advanced materials, composite materials and components for hydrogen equipment
  • Digital tools and models for optimising hydrogen systems
  • Technologies related to catalysts and energy processes
  • Integration of hydrogen solutions into buildings and urban energy systems

All notified technologies should be linked to one or more NACHIP pilots and ready to be demonstrated in real world conditions.

Amount and conditions of funding

  • to €60,000 per SME
  • to €180,000 per consortium (3 SMEs)
  • co-financing 100 %
  • Project duration: to 6 months

The call is open to SMEs from all eligible European regions, including Croatian regions.

The call is open to 3 February 2026. The project proposal is submitted online through the official website of the project.

In order to help potential applicants, NACHIP organizes an online Info Day dedicated to clarifying the rules, criteria and thematic focus of the call 18 December 2025, starting at 2.30 p.m..

A new opportunity for innovators: available funds for the development and commercialization of products and services in PGC and Rijeka

The FIPRO Foundation, in cooperation with the City of Rijeka and Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, has published two public calls for funds intended for the development and commercialization of innovative products and services in the area of Rijeka and Primorje-Gorski Kotar County.

The aim of both calls is to encourage innovation and the development of technological entrepreneurship and to provide financial support to entrepreneurs who develop new products and services with potential for market application.

Call of the City of Rijeka and the FIPRO Foundation

The call, in cooperation with the City of Rijeka, is intended for entrepreneurs based in the City of Rijeka, to submit applications for the granting of non-refundable subsidies under the measure "Co-financing the development of commercialisation of innovative products or services".

Eligible applicants

  • small business entities which are entirely privately owned and have their registered office in the territory of the city of Rijeka;
  • natural persons – promoters of innovative ideas willing to register an economic activity based in the city of Rijeka before signing the grant agreement;

Financial allocation

Under this call, €20,000 is available, and individual entrepreneurs can be awarded funds in the minimum amount of €4,000 and a maximum amount of €6,700.

Co-financing rate

Eligible costs per project are co-financed in the amount of 80% amounts exclusive of VAT.

Eligible costs

  • costs of instruments, equipment, tools and materials incurred directly as a result of the development of the project idea;
  • costs of prototyping, testing and testing of the innovative product or service;
  • research costs on the basis of contracts with other parties
  • costs of obtaining, validating and protecting patents and other intangible assets (intellectual property);
  • costs of promotion in the process of preparation for market launch and sales channel development activities
  • salary costs of newly employed persons on the project in the amount of up to 50% average monthly net wages in the Republic of Croatia, published in the year preceding the year in which the Public Call was published

Invitation of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County and FIPRO Foundation

The call, in cooperation with the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, is intended for applicants based in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, and relates to the allocation of financial resources from the project "Commercialisation of innovation".

Eligible applicants

  • natural persons (innovators willing to enter a business venture or transfer their rights to another economic operator)
  • small business entities based in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County

Financial allocation

€60,000 is available under this call. Individual applicants can be awarded funds in the minimum amount of 7,000.00 €, and in the maximum amount of available funds that can not exceed 20.000,00 €.

Co-financing rate

  • 50% awarded non-repayable
  • 50% granted as a loan

Eligible costs

  • the manufacture or supply of the necessary equipment, tools and materials for the production of innovation where it cannot be contracted as an external service;
  • making, testing and perfecting a prototype of a product or process for the provision of a service;
  • market launch preparations, promotional activities and contracting and development activities of distribution sales channels
  • certification or certification of products or services with a view to market entry;
  • search the state of the art, preparation and protection of intellectual property
