Right of access to information
The right of access to information is regulated and exercised in accordance with The Right of Access to Information Act (hereinafter: Law).
Information Officer
The Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o. informs the public through the official website of documents and information in its possession that are publicly available in electronic form and can be accessed without a special request, and access to all other information and documents is achieved by submitting an oral or written request to the Information Officer, Tamara Grubiša in the following ways:

Fee for access to information
Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o. has the right to compensation for actual material costs incurred by providing information to the user of the right of access to information and re-use of information, as well as to compensation for the costs of delivery of the requested information, which is charged in accordance with the Criteria for determining the amount of compensation for actual material costs and costs of delivery of information (hereinafter: Criterion) under Article 19(2) of the law.
The level of reimbursement of actual material costs under the Criterion shall be set at the following amount:
a copy of one A4-sized page – EUR 0,03;
a copy of one A3-sized page – EUR 0,07;
a photocopy of one coloured page, size A4 – EUR 0,13;
a photocopy of one coloured page, size A3 – EUR 0,21;
♛ electronic recording on a single CD – EUR 0,53;
♛ electronic recording on one DVD – EUR 0.80;
✦ Electronic recording on a memory card depending on the amount of memory: EUR 27.87 for 64 GB, EUR 19.91 for 32 GB, EUR 15.93 for 16 GB, EUR 6.64 for 8 GB, EUR 3.98 for 4 GB,
converting one side of a document from a physical to an electronic form – EUR 0,11;
converting recordings from a videotape, audio cassette or diskette to an electronic recording – EUR 0,13.
The costs of delivery of information are calculated according to the valid price list of regular postal services.
NOTE:
The amount of compensation for actual material costs for services not listed in the Criterion shall be determined by the public authority in such a way that it charges the average market price for the service, the depreciation cost incurred by the public authority and the cost of postal services in the amount of the compensation. The beneficiary of the right to information should fully deposit the expected amount of actual material costs in advance within eight days. In the event that the user of the right to information fails to deposit the stated amount within the deadline, it will be considered that the user of the right to information has waived the request. The Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o. will issue the user with the right to information invoice according to the amount of the fee specified in the Criterion.
Deadlines
Based on the request for access to information, the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o. will decide no later than 15 days from the date of submission of a valid request.
In the event of an incomplete or incomprehensible request, the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o. shall without delay invite the applicant to correct it within five days from the date of receipt of the call for correction. If the applicant does not correct the application in an appropriate manner, and on the basis of the submitted information it is not possible to determine with certainty what the requested information is, the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o. will reject the application by a decision.
