Summary: General objective programa dodjele bespovratnih sredstava je poduprijeti projekte koji će povećati mogućnosti za zapošljavanje, umanjiti rizik od socijalne isključenosti i siromaštva marginaliziranih skupina i poboljšati kvalitetu rada s marginaliziranim skupinama. Specifični ciljevi Poziva su:dokvalifikacija, prekvalifikacija i stjecanje stručnih znanja pripadnika ciljane skupine kroz razvoj i provedbu programa obrazovanja odraslih uz korištenje metoda i tehnika prilagođenih korisnicima s različitim vrstama invaliditeta; osnaživanje te razvoj mekih i transverzalnih (prenosivih) vještina marginaliziranih skupina razvojem i provedbom ciljanih programa te radionica; razvoj i širenje individualiziranog pristupa u pružanju usluga mentorstva korisnicima prava na zajamčenu minimalnu naknadu s ciljem radne aktivacije i socijalnog uključivanja; jačanje kapaciteta stručnjaka iz različitih sektora u svrhu unaprjeđenja usluga povezanih s pristupom tržištu rada za pripadnike ciljnih skupina. Ukupna financijska alokacija u okviru ovog Poziva iznosi 99.918.750,00 kn.

Summary: The Ministry of Health is launching a call for project proposals in a restricted grant award procedure entitled ‘Specialist training of medical doctors’.
The call for proposals ‘Specialisation of Doctors of Medicine’ will improve access to health care services by financing specialist training of doctors of medicine at the primary level of health care (family medicine, paediatrics, gynaecology and obstetrics, and clinical radiology) in less attractive and deprived areas and emergency medicine in the territory of the Republic of Croatia.

Purpose of the call: The purpose of this operation is to improve access to health care in less attractive, rural and underdeveloped areas by providing a sufficient number of specialists in certain medical activities that have proven to be deficient in these areas, thereby reducing the referral of patients by healthcare providers at the primary level to higher levels, to hospitals, and at the same time ensuring greater efficiency in the provision of health care services at the primary level.

Summary: The eligible costs shall be the design, construction and reconstruction of primary and secondary forest transport infrastructure (tractor roads and tractor trains), the reconstruction of forest roads, bridges and other forest transport infrastructure and the purchase of forest and other land in the maximum amount of 10% of the total eligible costs.
Eligible beneficiaries are forest owners, associations of forest owners or forest owners and companies and other legal entities which, in accordance with the Forests Act, manage forests and forest lands owned by the Republic of Croatia and local self-government units, and the amount of aid is from EUR 10 000 to EUR 1 000 000 in kuna equivalent.
The total amount of available public support in this tender is HRK 37,500,000, and the intensity of public support per project is 100 % of the total eligible costs.
Applications shall be submitted in original by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or directly to: Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development, Ulica grada Vukovara 269d, 10000 Zagreb, with the indication: "Applications for EAFRD" and the deadline for submission of applications starts to run from 16 August 2017 and runs until 22 December 2017.
