Summary

This Call will co-finance the introduction of recognised business process and quality management systems in line with the requirements of internationally accepted standards or market-recognised certification schemes, which will contribute to facilitate access to markets and increase the competitiveness of SMEs. With the increasing globalisation of markets, internationally accepted standards and/or recognised certification schemes and related labels have become essential for international trade as they entail meeting standards of recognised levels of quality and security in the exchange of goods and services.

 

Eligible applicants: micro, small and medium-sized enterprises

Total allocation: 38,000,000,00 HRK

Minimum grant amount: HRK 50,000.00

Maximum grant amount: 380.000,00 HRK

Subject of the call: Support micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to increase their competitiveness in the market by introducing recognised business process and quality management systems, applying standards and , certification in accordance with the requirements of internationally accepted standards or market-recognised certification schemes.

Purpose(s) of the call: Achieving the applicable level of standards of internationally recognised quality and safety levels in the exchange of goods and services by increasing the use of recognised standards that contribute to customer confidence, in particular in the areas of improving the quality of management systems and increasing the capacity to demonstrate the quality of systems, thereby facilitating SMEs' access to foreign markets and increasing competitiveness.

Date of commencement of receipt of project applications: 14.05.2018.

IMPORTANT NOTICE! (11 May 2018)

 

The Ministry of the Economy, Entrepreneurship and Crafts has published the first amendment to the Call for Proposals ‘Implementation of business process and quality management systems (ISO and similar standards)’, reference number KK.03.2.1.14, which, among other things, changes the start of receipt of project proposals from 14 May 2018 at 09:00 a.m. 11 June 2018 at 11 a.m..

Except for minor technical changes in Annex 3. The grant award procedure has amended the provisions of the Quality Assessment Criteria in the section ‘Project contribution to solving specific development problems in a given territory’. Corresponding changes have been made to the Instructions for Applicants, Annex 13 has been supplemented. Instructions for filling in the Application Form and the Summary of the Call has been amended.

The previous version of the documentation with today's date ceases to be valid.

Important notice 11 June 2018

We inform potential applicants that the method of submitting project applications in the eFondovi system has changed.

Prior to submission, the project application must be placed in the ‘Fit for Send’ status, with all checks on the Application Form being carried out. The described functionality was introduced in order to carry out checks earlier and relieve the eFondovi system when submitting project applications.

The ‘Submit’ action button has been moved to the applicant’s homepage and will be visible only to the Authorised Person after the ‘Save for Send’ action has been selected after filling in the application form.

The submission process is described in detail in the User Manual for Applicants available on the public part of the portal eFunds and on your user interface.

IMPORTANT NOTICE!  8 May 2018

We are announcing the upcoming amendment of the Call for Proposals ‘Implementation of business process and quality management systems (ISO and similar standards)’, reference number KK.03.2.1.14, which Postpones the start of receipt of project proposals from 14 May 2018 to 11 June 2018. The first amendment to the Tender Document will be published immediately upon approval of the Tender Document.

Public tender for co-financing of projects of professional associations in tourism and/or catering

The following can apply for a public tender: professional associations in tourism and/or catering which have established their activities in the field of tourism and/or catering in their statutes, which have aligned their statutes with the Associations Act (OG 74/14) or have submitted a request for compliance with the competent office.

 

  1. Apply for this Public Contest I can't to submit:
  • branches, branches and similar organisational forms of legal persons that are not registered in accordance with the Associations Act (OG 74/14) as legal persons,
  • associations whose work through activities is not related to the field of tourism and/or catering,
  • Associations that have not been active for at least one year in the field of tourism and/or catering until the date of publication of the Competition
  • associations that are bankrupt,
  • associations which have not fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of contributions and/or taxes,
  • associations that have spent previously allocated funds from public sources on a non-purpose basis (they do not have the right to apply for the next two years, counting from the year in which they carried out the project for which the non-purpose spending was identified);
  • private institutions,
  • cooperatives,
  • foundations,
  • political parties,
  • associations that do not meet all the other conditions referred to in point 2.1 (2) of the Instructions for Applicants.

 

Implementation of the project in partnership is acceptable, but it is not mandatory and partners within this public tender may be associations whose field of activity is thematically related to the project or the objectives of the public tender.

 

  1. The subject of the public tender is the award of grants by the Ministry for co-financing projects in 2018, aimed at strengthening the competitiveness of human resources in tourism and hospitality and raising the competitiveness of Croatian tourism.

 

Actions eligible for the grant are professional development and training projects:

 

– seminars, workshops, congresses, as well as other forms of acquiring new competences of knowledge and skills for employees and members of associations;

– workshops for the general public on topics in line with the objectives of the public tender;

 

  1. The total planned value of the public tender is 1.700.000,00 kn.

 

  1. The minimum amount of funds requested per project is 50.000,00 kn and the maximum amount per project is 150.000,00 kn.

 

  1. Applicants can apply for a public tender one project.

 

  1. The deadline for the implementation of the submitted projects is 1st February 2019.

 

  1. Compulsory tender documentation for project application is:

 

  1. Project description form (signed by an authorised person of the applicant and the project manager, completed exclusively on a computer);
  2. Project budget form (signed by an authorised person of the applicant and the project manager, completed exclusively on a computer);
  3. CV form of the project manager for the applicant (on the prescribed form, completed and signed);
  4. CV form of the project manager for each of the project partners (on the prescribed form, completed and signed) (if applicable);
  5. CV form of the external expert(s) involved in the implementation of the project (on the prescribed form, completed and signed) (if applicable);
  6. Form of the Declaration on Partnership – a specific form is attached for each project partner (if applicable);
  7. Statement of funded programmes form associations from the funds of the State Budget and the budget of the local and regional self-government unit in 2016 and 2017 and/or funds from part of the revenue from games of chance in 2016 and 2017 (on the prescribed form, filled in and signed. The declaration is also submitted if the association was not co-financed projects);
  8. Copy of the current Statute if the statute is not published in the Register of Associations and proof (letter) that the statute has been submitted for certification to the State Administration Office for the purpose of compliance with the Law on Associations (only for associations that have submitted a request for alignment of the statute with the Law on Associations but the competent State Administration Office has not yet processed the request or issued a decision);
  9. Copy of the Financial Plan i Work Programme Associations for 2018;
  10. Electronic version of the entire tender documentation (CD/DVD/USB).

 

The complete documentation for each project consists of one original of the mandatory tender documentation in paper form and one equivalent copy of the mandatory tender documentation in electronic form (CD/DVD/USB).

COMPETITION OF THE TOURIST ECONOMY - Public Call for Proposals - Open to 20. 3. 2018.

1.The subject of the public call is the award of grants from the Ministry of Tourism for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the improvement of the offer of small family hotels, the improvement of sustainable development, the development of special forms of tourism, and the raising of the competitiveness of Croatian tourism through:

 Measure A – Increasing standards, quality and additional supply, business diversification and sustainable development, using new technologies, improving social inclusion, of the following types of catering establishments: Hotels, Camps, Other accommodation facilities, Family farm for rural tourism

 Measure B – Development of specific forms of tourism

 Measure C – Availability and security

 Measure D – distinctiveness

2. The following may apply for a grant: Small business entities (non-public companies, crafts and cooperatives), peasant households (OPG providing catering and/or tourism services)

3. The public call is open on the day of publication on the Ministry's website, and lasts until the end 20.3.2018.

Publication of a call for tenders in the public procurement procedure for the execution of works for the reconstruction and conversion of Hala 14

On 9 February 2018, the City of Rijeka published a contract notice in an open public procurement procedure for the construction of the reconstruction and conversion of the existing Hall 14 into the Technological and Educational Entrepreneurial Incubator ‘Torpedo Production Park’.

 

The full procurement documents are available in the Electronic Public Procurement Classifieds under publication number: 2018/S 0F2-0003496.

 

Works will be carried out on the facility in Rijeka, at Milutina Barača 60 in accordance with the detailed design documentation prepared by the chief designer mr.sc. Marko Franković, dipl.ing.arh. (MF arhitekti d.o.o.). The main designer of the main project is Iva Ćuzela-Bilać, dipl.ing.arh, (Architectural Office Čikeš-Ćuzela) d.o.o.

 

The estimated value of the procurement is: HRK 6,400,000 (excluding VAT) and the deadline for submitting bids is 6 March at 12:00.

 

For the implementation of this public procurement, the City of Rijeka was granted a grant from the European Regional Development Fund based on a grant agreement for projects financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds in the financial period 2014-2020, contract number KK.03.1.2.01.0047.

 

Reconstruction and conversion of the existing Hale 14 will enable the acquisition of improved business infrastructure by launching the Technological and Educational Entrepreneurial Incubator Production Park Torpedo on an area of 1,557.34 m2. This will allow SMEs to access high-quality business incubator services to improve their competitive capacity.
