The Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development has published a tender for the implementation of the intervention 76.01. ‘Ensuring agricultural production’.
Purpose
- Granting of aid to finance the eligible costs of an insurance premium for insurance policies that meet the conditions set out in Article 8 Rules of Procedure.
Objective
- Encourage farmers to take out insurance for their agricultural production in order to reduce economic losses caused by adverse climatic events and animal diseases.
Eligible beneficiaries
- Natural and legal persons entered in the Register of farmers who fulfil the conditions laid down in Article 7. Rules of Procedure.
Financial allocation
- The total amount of public support available is EUR 13 338 000.00.
- The maximum amount of annual aid per beneficiary shall be EUR 75 000.
- The intensity of public support is 70. % acceptable insurance premiums.
The deadline for the submission of applications for the payment of aid and the submission of the certificate of submission of applications is from 12.00 on 25 September 2023 to 12.00 on 31 December 2023.

Within the framework of the Efficient Human Resources Programme 2021-2027, the Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy has launched an open (permanent) Call for Proposals "WANTS – INSTITUTIONALIZATION PREVENTION".
This call will be funded Providing support and support services in the daily life of persons over 65 years of age and adults with disabilities;, as an integral measure of long-term care and prevention of institutionalisation.
Financial allocation
- Total amount of the Call: 100.000.000,00 EUR
- ESF co-financing (85%): 85.000.000,00 EUR
- National co-financing (15%): 15.000.000,00 EUR
General and specific objective
- Increasing social inclusion and preventing the institutionalisation of vulnerable groups by providing long-term care.
- Providing support and support services for the elderly and persons with disabilities in their daily lives.
Applicants
- Local and regional self-government unit
- Non-profit organisation having a planned activity related to the exercise of social activity
- Institution having a registered activity of providing services to the elderly and/or persons with disabilities
The applicant can apply and implement the project independently or in the Partnership.

Eligible activities
- Providing support and support services in addition to the procurement and distribution of packages of supplies, which must include:
- Recruitment of service providers for at least 6 members of the target group for:
- organization of food and/or
- performing household tasks and/or
- maintaining personal hygiene and/or
- Meet other everyday needs.

- Purchase and distribution of packages of household and basic hygiene supplies

In order to equalize opportunities for the full inclusion of students with disabilities in the life of the community to which they belong during their adequate education and to raise the quality of their life, The Ministry of Science and Education has published the Call for Proposals SF.2.4.06.01. ‘Ensuring teaching assistants and professional communication mediators for pupils with disabilities in primary and secondary education institutions – Phase VI“.
This Call will finance the provision of teaching assistants and professional communication mediators to pupils with disabilities in primary and secondary education institutions.
Applicants
- Founders of primary and secondary schools (public and private schools with public rights).
Partners
- The applicant must work in partnership with regular/special primary/secondary educational institutions whose students participate in the project.
- Partners on the project can also be other founders of primary/secondary schools located in the area of the local and regional self-government unit of the Applicant.
General and specific objective
- Ensuring inclusive education of students with disabilities in primary and secondary education institutions.
- Support the inclusion of students with disabilities in primary and secondary education institutions in order to ensure the conditions for improving their educational achievements, more successful socialisation and emotional functioning.
Target group
- Students with disabilities included in primary or secondary education programmes in primary and secondary education institutions who master the curriculum of the school they attend, but have difficulties preventing them from functioning without teaching assistant/professional communication mediator.
Financial allocation
- Total amount of the Call: 24.000.000,00 EUR
- ESF co-financing (85%): 20,400,000,00 EUR
- National co-financing (15%): 3,600,000,00 EUR
