Business incubator for service activities Torpedo operates in the interest and goal of the general economic growth and development of entrepreneurs and craftsmen and enables beginning entrepreneurs and craftsmen
the use of business incubator services and office space.
In the Torpedo Business Incubator for Service Activities, we strive to provide entrepreneurs and beginning craftsmen with quality conditions and support at the beginning of their business journey in order to provide them with easier and cheaper access to quality business space, useful training, business consulting and potential business opportunities within the incubator itself in a difficult economic environment.
The right to use the services of the business incubator and the use of business premises is for entrepreneurs and novice craftsmen who independently and permanently carry out economic activity in order to generate income or profit on the market and who have been registered in the appropriate register for a period of no longer than three years until the date of submission of the tender application to enter the business incubator.
- The use of services and free office space in the business incubator for service activities Torpedo is given through a Public Call announced by the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o. and publishes on the website www.porin.hr
- The user of the business incubator who has his seat or residence in the area of the City of Rijeka has the right to a reduction in the amount of the fee for the use of business premises of the business incubator.
- To determine the unit price of business premises, as part of the Business Incubator for service activities Torpedo, authority over confirmaton of rent and activities in the office spaces is held by the mayor of the City of Rijeka.
