Rijeka Development Agency PORIN Ltd. was founded in 1996 as a business incubator, since then it has been continuously developing as a support institution for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and since 2004 as a development agency.
Rijeka Development Agency PORIN Ltd. represents unified activities for overall development in the area of the City of Rijeka. It was founded to provide systematic support in the start-up and further development of economic entities of the City of Rijeka.
Goal
Creating as many new entrepreneurs as possible and creating new employment with the encouragement of new investments in the city and region.
Mission
Rijeka Development Agency Porin promotes and implements regional economic development projects and creates a quality business climate, promoting regional potentials for the purpose of further growth and development of the region and economic entities through planning and management of sustainable development and cooperation with domestic and foreign investors.
The basic determinants of RRA PORIN are the stimulation and development of economic activities in the region, especially in areas with unused natural and economic resources, technological development, increasing competitiveness, and improving the adaptability of economic entities to the global market, increasing exports, attracting foreign investment, etc.

As part of our activities, the target groups towards which we carry out various activities are:
