In the framework of the initiative "Ideas Powered for Business " of the European Commission, implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office, is open SME Fund, a grant scheme designed to help EU SMEs protect their intellectual property rights.
Total funding for 2023 amounts to more than €25 million, and are available from 23 January 2023 to 8 December 2023.. in order of application and may be used for:
the costs of the IP Scan (Voucher 1) service, and
registration costs for trade marks and industrial designs through national, regional, European and international protection systems (Voucher 2).

The Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy has published a call for the purpose of Improve the availability of integrated integrated care for the elderly improving infrastructure for the provision of social services for older people.
Improvement of infrastructure will be achieved through the construction and reconstruction/upgrade of existing infrastructure, with adequate equipping, in order to provide users with quality and timely accessible social care services after the establishment of centers for the elderly.
The Elderly Centres will provide new additional capacity to accommodate older people who are fully functionally dependent on the assistance of another person and whose needs cannot be met at home or local community level.
In addition, the Centers will ensure the provision of non-institutional services in the community, the purpose of which is to enable the elderly to stay in their home for as long as possible.
Total grant amount 49.107.439,11 €.
Eligible applicants under this call are local self-government units.
In the context of this call Project partnership is mandatory, meaning that the applicant cannot submit the project application on its own. Project proposals must include the local self-government unit as the applicant, and the obligatory partner to the eligible applicant in each project application is a regional self-government unit, i.e. the county in whose territory the project is being implemented. One county can be a Partner in several project proposals of applicants based in that county.
Project proposals can be submitted from 23 January 2023 by 22 March 2023 via eNPOO.
The Electronic Media Agency Public call for grants to establish a system for verifying the accuracy of information (reference number: NPOO C1.1.1. R6-I2) for which €5,972,526 (HRK 45 million) was provided as a grant.
The purpose of the Call is to strengthen the resilience of society against disinformation by reducing the amount of disinformation, misinformation and fake news in the public space, to strengthen information reliability and security in the consumption of media content and the use of social networks, to strengthen the quality of journalism and credible reporting and to strengthen media literacy.
Grants are awarded to associations, universities, faculties, higher education institutions, polytechnics and institutes for co-financing activities related to the implementation of the project for the establishment of a system for checking the accuracy of information published in the public space, media and social networks, investments in strengthening the capacity and competences of existing information checkers (fact checker), establishing new independent verifiers and establishing and strengthening information verification systems and procedures (fact-checking) in media newsrooms and media resilience to disinformation, and by fostering quality and credible journalism, as well as encouraging the creation of media content related to the fight against disinformation.
Total grant: 3.981.684 € (30.000.000,00 kn)
Minimum grant amount: 99.542 € (750.000,00 kn)
Maximum grant amount: 199.084 € (1.500.000,00 kn)
