In order to equalize opportunities for the full inclusion of students with disabilities in the life of the community to which they belong during their adequate education and to raise the quality of their life, The Ministry of Science and Education has published the Call for Proposals SF.2.4.06.01. ‘Ensuring teaching assistants and professional communication mediators for pupils with disabilities in primary and secondary education institutions – Phase VI“.
This Call will finance the provision of teaching assistants and professional communication mediators to pupils with disabilities in primary and secondary education institutions.
Applicants
- Founders of primary and secondary schools (public and private schools with public rights).
Partners
- The applicant must work in partnership with regular/special primary/secondary educational institutions whose students participate in the project.
- Partners on the project can also be other founders of primary/secondary schools located in the area of the local and regional self-government unit of the Applicant.
General and specific objective
- Ensuring inclusive education of students with disabilities in primary and secondary education institutions.
- Support the inclusion of students with disabilities in primary and secondary education institutions in order to ensure the conditions for improving their educational achievements, more successful socialisation and emotional functioning.
Target group
- Students with disabilities included in primary or secondary education programmes in primary and secondary education institutions who master the curriculum of the school they attend, but have difficulties preventing them from functioning without teaching assistant/professional communication mediator.
Financial allocation
- Total amount of the Call: 24.000.000,00 EUR
- ESF co-financing (85%): 20,400,000,00 EUR
- National co-financing (15%): 3,600,000,00 EUR
Project proposals shall be submitted exclusively via the app filling in and uploading the application form and supporting documents.
The start date of the project application is from 21 August 2023.
