Workshop Organise yourself – skills for better efficiency It is intended for anyone who wants to successfully manage time and better plan their daily obligations. The workshop is accompanied by practical ones that can be applied immediately in everyday life.
Practitioner lecturer, Ela Breski, transformed her 10-year experience working with teams into an interactive workshop where you will receive tools and skills that you can develop on your own.
This workshop was organised as part of the project Development of a network of entrepreneurial support institutions through the Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investment (HAMAG-BICRO) – BOND 2 for the purpose of standardising business consulting services.
The INSPIRA LEADER 2 conference will be held in Mošćenička Draga from 24 to 26 May this year. in the organization LEADER Network Croatia, the ‘Terra liburna’ LAG, LAGUR Vela vrata i EUROPE DIRECT Rijeka within the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN. The conference will be preceded, from 23 to 24 May, by a workshop for LAGs organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and the National Rural Network in cooperation with the Croatian LEADER Network, the Croatian Network for Rural Development, the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development and the LAG hosting the LAG ‘Terra liburna’.
FORMAT OF CONFERENCE INSPIRA LEADER is an informal highly interactive conference conceived as a place to present ideas, concepts and ventures in short presentations of 15 minutes each, several keynote lectures (up to 30 minutes duration), 2 panel discussions, 10 minutes Blitz talks i Digital Breaks with digital collaborative tools.
SMART COMMUNITY
The aim of the conference is to present knowledge and experiences on the transition to green, sustainable and resilient communities for citizens from rural areas of the Republic of Croatia and to encourage local stakeholders to implement innovative solutions and technologies for the transition to a circular economy.
EUROPEAN YEAR OF THE COURT In order for rural and fisheries communities to start their path towards the full green transition, it is essential to provide local stakeholders with additional knowledge and bring them closer to new frameworks for the implementation of their projects, as well as provide insight into the skills sets they will have to master in the coming period, so INSPIRA LEADER is also the place where the European Year of Skills will be celebrated.
SALON OF SMART IDEAS
During the conference, there will also be an exhibition-promotion Smart Ideas Salon where participants will be able to see first-hand innovative products, services and successful projects, and get to know the drivers of the green-blue and digital transition in the Republic of Croatia.
EV TEST DRIVE and DEMONSTRACTIONS
Participants will be able to test the driving of electric cars, demonstration equipment and machinery.
Bootcampis a great novelty of this INSPIRA LEADER. EDIH Adria artificial intelligence and high-performance computing focuses on the sectors of health and quality of life (including health tourism), transport and mobility (with special emphasis on the maritime sector) and energy and sustainable development, and during Bootcamp 15 participants from Adriatic Croatia will be able to find out how up to 50,000 Euros of support per company / institution, which are delivered in the form of EDIH Adria services.

An informal meeting was organised on Wednesday 24 May in the afternoon.’Coffee Cake" with local stakeholders. Continues with the Liburnian Dinner where the host LAG ‘Terra liburna’ will mark 10 years of work, and a prize game. At the end of the evening RETRO BEACH PARTY with DJ and unlimited drink for all participants PLUS and GOLD registration fees.

The European Commission wants to give a new impetus to lifelong learning in order to make better use of the potential of the European workforce, but also to improve the quality of opportunities in job-to-job transitions. It is important to link the ambitions and abilities of individuals to the opportunities and needs of the market, as well as the inclusiveness and employment of as many people as possible, especially young people and women currently unemployed. Having relevant skills empowers people to successfully cope with changes in the labour market and to fully engage in society and contribute to economic growth.
For this purpose, and as part of Europe Day, 18 May 2023, beginning at 1 p.m., in cooperation with Europe Direct Rijeka, the Croatian Employment Service - Rijeka i the Youth Council of the City of Rijeka we are organising a conference entitled “A man learns while he's alive“. The conference will take place the Torpedo Production Parkat Milutina Barača 60 in Rijeka (1st floor).
The conference will be magnified Signing of the agreement on cooperation the Centre for Information and Career Counselling (HZZ) i Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o. This will allow for an even greater synergy effect in information, counselling and education of unemployed and employed people and joint projects.
Croatian Employment Service - Rijeka will present measures which it implements in the field of education and training of adults (unemployed and employed persons) with a special emphasis on education through vouchers, with a presentation on the topic “Aid for education, training and upskilling“.

The discussion will cover all relevant issues related to lifelong learning where participants will emphasize the needs of the labour market, present current offers for these needs and present examples of good practice.
