[INSPIRATION] RETROSPECTIVE EXHIBITION OF WHITE INDUSTRIAL ART (IAB) 2014 - 2020

After more than three months of ‘fixed’ exhibitions in Labin (KuC LAMPARNA; The City Library and Labin National Museum), Pula (Amfiteatar Gallery, Temple of Augustus and SENSE – Centre for Transitional Justice), Raši (former cinema), Rijeka (MMSU) and Vodnjan (Apothecary – Space for Contemporary Art), the Industrial Art Biennial project continued with the retrospective ‘mobile’ exhibition IAB 2014. 17-2018 , which was set up in Trbovlje (DDT) and Slovenska Bistrica (Graslov stolp) during December 2018 and from 29 January to 5 February 2019 as part of a cross-border cooperation project called INSPIRATION. On the ground floor (large hall) of the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o., Milutina Barača 66 (formerly the Torpedo administrative building), on weekdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., screenings of selected documentary films and videos from all previous biennials will be held. Exhibition of film and video works of the Biennial of Industrial Art, on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 12 noon will be opened by Damir Stojnić, artistic director of L.A.E. XXI, organizer of the Biennale.

The exhibition consists of works by 9 authors – participants in previous Biennales:

7. Thomas Nordanstad and Carl Michael von Hausswolff (SE), "Hashima" - documentary (IAB 2016)
8. Želimir Žilnik (RS), One Woman – One Vek, documentary (IAB 2018)
9. Metal Guru (HR), "Pozzo XXI" - docu-video performance (IAB 2018)
