U prostorima Centra tehničke kulture Rijeka održan je drugi radni sastanak predstavnika članica Vijeća tržišta rada Istarske županije i Lokalnog partnerstva za zapošljavanje Primorsko-goranske županije te članova projektnih timova EU projekta REI II i LO.PA.Z. PLUS koji su financirani iz Europskog socijalnog fonda. Prvi sastanak je održan u ožujku ove godine.

On 5-6 June 2019, the kick-off meeting of the TEMPUS – Temporary USes as start-up actions to enhance port (in)tangible heritage project, funded by the INTERREG V-A Italy-Croatia cross-border cooperation programme, took place.
During the meeting, the project team discussed and agreed on the internal cross-border structures and procedures necessary for the implementation of the activities. The start of the project will be coordinated by the leading project partner with the support of all project partners and financial managers who participated in this first meeting.
The TEMPUS project aims to test the experimental methodology of regeneration of neglected urban port areas, by creating long-term strategies based on culture and community. Thanks to integrated social activation, cultural valorisation and the involvement of interested stakeholders, TEMPUS will re-activate three pilot port areas (Ravenna, Solin, Rijeka) for a limited period of time, with the aim of initiating the implementation of long-term regeneration strategies.
Project partners: Institute for Construction Technologies – National Research Council of Italy, lead partner, C.N.A. National confederation of handcrafts and of SMEs – Territorial association of Ravenna, Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, CERTIMAC – Building materials certification from Italy; and Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o., Public Institution RERA s.d. for coordination and development of Split-Dalmatia County, City of Solin, Maritime and History Museum of the Croatian Littoral Rijeka, City of Rijeka from Croatia.
Total value of the project: € 2,706,920,00 (ERDF: 2.300.882,00 €).

Rijeka Development Agency Porin Ltd., the support institution of the City of Rijeka invites you to apply to free workshops and counselling as part of the project ‘Raising the level of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills in the rural area of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County’. Workshops will be held at 4 locations: in cities Krk, Rab, Mali Lošinj and Delnice.
The aim of the project is to raise the level of entrepreneurial knowledge and skills of unemployed persons, entrepreneurs and other professional staff with a special emphasis on young entrepreneurs and activities with a higher level of added value through education, workshops and consultations aimed at strengthening the competitive abilities of entrepreneurs and craftsmen, increasing the number of new companies, increasing the survival rate of enterprises and the growth and development of small business stakeholders in the rural area of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County.
The project was financed by funds from the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County from the ‘Programme for the implementation of rural development measures of the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County for the period 2017-2020’ for the development of the small economy in 2019, measure 3.1.1. "Acquiring knowledge and skills for the unemployed, start-up entrepreneurs and other entrepreneurs and professionals in the economy", which is aimed at improving social and social inclusion and economic development, emphasising in particular Priority 3.1. – knowledge transfer and inclusion of all groups in society and the economy.
Target groups: unemployed persons registered in the CES-Rijeka Regional Office; students; young people (potential entrepreneurs and/or who have applied for funds to promote employment in the CES); small business entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Croatia in accordance with the applicable Act on the Promotion of the Development of Small Business.
