Step Ri poziva mala i srednja proizvodna poduzeća da iskoriste mogućnost sudjelovanja u programu razvoja usluga

Rijeka, 4. veljače – Step Ri znanstveno-tehnologijski park Sveučilišta u Rijeci je objavio javni poziv za iskaz interesa za sudjelovanje u šestomjesečnom programu interaktivnih radionica, edukacija i savjetovanja usmjerenom na razvoj usluga u proizvodnim poduzećima.

Program je namijenjen malim i srednjim poduzećima koja žele inovativnim uslugama nadopuniti svoju ponudu i podići vrijednost svojih proizvoda, što može rezultirati većim prihodima, manjim rizikom poslovanja, povoljnijom strukturom troškova, većom vrijednosti ponude te izlaskom na nova tržišta.

Mala i srednja poduzeća koja će sudjelovati u programu će:

  • imati podršku stručnjaka prilikom razvoja novih usluga
  • proći strukturiran i jasno definiran program radionica, edukacija i savjetovanja
  • razviti nove usluge koje će biti dodatak ili potpuni supstitut postojećoj ponudi proizvoda
  • unaprijediti svoje poslovanje uz korištenje vlastitih ljudskih resursa, u kratkom vremenskom periodu i s minimalnim ulaganjima i dodatnim troškovima.

Sudjelovanje u programu je besplatno odnosno poduzeća će dobiti nefinancijsku (de minimis) potporu u vrijednosti 19.200,00 kn po poduzeću, a broj polaznika je ograničen.

Od poduzeća koje žele sudjelovati se očekuje:

  • sudjelovanje tima iskusnih zaposlenika (minimalno 2 osobe);
  • visoku razinu angažmana članova tima uz podršku visokog menadžmenta tijekom izvođenja programa;
  • integraciju novostvorene ponude (kombinacije postojećih proizvoda i novostvorenih usluga) u postojeće poslovanje i njenu komercijalizaciju na domaćem i stranim tržištima.

Program u trajanju od 6 months će se provoditi od travnja do rujna 2019. godine u sklopu projekta THINGS+ sufinanciranog sredstvima Europske Unije kroz program Interreg Središnja Europa.

COMPETITION OF THE TOURIST ECONOMY - Public call for projects

Ministarstvo turizma Republike Hrvatske,u skladu su sa Strategijom razvoja turizma RH do 2020. godine i pripadajućim akcijskim planovima te nacionalnim programima vezanim za razvoj malog i srednjeg poduzetništva, objavljuje javni poziv za kandidiranje projekata – Konkurentnost turističkog gospodarstva.

Ciljevi poziva su unapređenje ponude malih obiteljskih hotela, održivi razvoj, zeleni turizam i razvoj posebnih oblika turizma (zdravstvenog, kulturnog, cikloturizma, nautičkog, kongresnog, ruralnog).

Uz glavni cilj – povećanje atraktivnosti i konkurentnosti hrvatskog turizma, Program treba doprinijeti ostvarenju i slijedećih strateških ciljeva turističkog razvoja:
 poboljšanju strukture i kvalitete smještaja
 novom zapošljavanju
 realizaciji novih investicija
 povećanju turističke potrošnje
 razvoju turizma na turistički nerazvijenim područjima
 produljenju sezone do cjelogodišnjeg turizma

[INSPIRATION] Call for Tenders in Simple Procurement for Escape Factory Concept Design Services

[OPTIONAL CALL] Award of non-repayable subsidies to undertakings in 2018

The City of Rijeka has published a public call for applications for non-refundable subsidies from the General Programme of Measures to Encourage the Development of Entrepreneurship in the City of Rijeka.

Non-repayable subsidies are granted to entrepreneurs with the aim of strengthening their competitive position in the market and achieving additional practical education and better information in entrepreneurship.

Undertakings may benefit from subsidies under the following measures:

  • Subsidising product and process certification
  • Subsidising the construction of a brand of products and/or services
  • Encouraging the pooling of economic operators
  • Subsidizing the introduction of IT systems and applications into business
  • Subsidising the costs of implementing industrial design
  • Subsidising the acquisition and installation of machinery and equipment
  • Subsidisation of costs of start-up entrepreneurs
  • Subsidisation costs of preparation of project proposals for co-financing from European Union funds
  • Subsidisation of the costs of vocational training and upskilling of employees

Non-repayable subsidies shall be granted in accordance with the rules laid down in Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union. of the Treaty on the Functioning of the EU on de minimis aid.

You can apply:

  • small business entities defined by the law governing the promotion of the development of a small business, which are entirely privately owned, having their registered office or domicile in the territory of the city of Rijeka,
  • associations established as legal entities whose purpose is to promote the economic interests of the members of the cluster, which have their headquarters in the territory of the city of Rijeka and which operate positively. For the purposes of this Public Call, the concept of cluster is understood as the concept of connecting undertakings within an industrial sector in order to better market a particular type of product and/or service.

This year, certain novelties are introduced in the process of conducting the Public Call, and they relate to the introduction of qualitative criteria that will score the submitted applications. Based on such scoring, the ranking of applicants will be defined, i.e. the beneficiaries of subsidies will be determined according to this Public Call.
Also, the novelty compared to the publication of the Public Call from last year is the possibility of submitting applications for a maximum of two measures, according to which the applicant can achieve a maximum amount of HRK 75,000.00 of non-refundable subsidies.

For the implementation of the Public Call in the budget of the City of Rijeka in 2018, HRK 2 million and 75 thousand were provided.

The public call is open on September 26, 2018, and applications are received from October 1, 2018 at 8 a.m. to October 31, 2018 at 11 p.m. and 59 minutes.

Applications to the Public Call are received via the eServices portal of the City of Rijeka under the Entrepreneurship section, i.e. the Information Service of the City of Rijeka (on-line application/e-form), where there are detailed instructions on the application procedure.

The list of beneficiaries who are eligible for subsidies under this Public Call will be published on the website of the City of Rijeka, and a notice about this will be delivered to users via e-mail.
