On 31 May 2022, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports published a call for co-financing projects from the Competitiveness of the Tourism Economy Programme in 2022.

PUBLIC CALL OBJECTIVES

They are in line with the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Croatia until 2030 and its action plans and national programmes related to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

In addition to the main objective of increasing the competitiveness and sustainability of the tourism economy, the Programme should also contribute to achieving the following strategic objectives of tourism development:

• increasing the standard, quality and additional offer of catering facilities for accommodation
• development of tourism in underdeveloped areas
• development of additional contents in the destination and extension of the season
• the green and digital transition of tourism entrepreneurs;
• development of new innovative tourism products and services
• the recovery of the tourism sector in the Sisak-Moslavina County

PLANNED PROVISIONS AND TOTAL VALUE OF PUBLIC CALL

• The total planned value of the public call is 13,000,000,00 HRK.
• A maximum of 60 per project can be requested.% eligible costs, with the exception of aid for Measure B where the aid intensity may be up to 100 % eligible costs.

The applicant is required to provide the rest of the funds from its own or other sources.

• Applicants can submit one project to the Public Call.

Acceptable applicants

Applications to the public call may be submitted by:

• Small business entities (non-public companies, crafts and cooperatives), registered for catering and/or tourism activities
• OPG – family farms providing or to provide catering and/or tourist services on the family farm

DEADLINE FOR SLOWING APPLICATIONS

The deadline for applying to the Public Call is until 20 June 2022 until 24.00 p.m..

In the event that the application is delivered by post, it is considered to have been delivered within the deadline if it is at the reception

the stamp shows that it was received at the post office by the end of the date indicated as the deadline for applying to the Public Call.

The call "Wish – Women's Employment Programme – Phase III" (UP.02.1.1.16) represents a continuation of funding for the employment of hard-to-reach women in jobs of support and support for the elderly and/or infirm, activities that have proven to be very successful and irreplaceable in local communities through the implementation so far. The call will finance the implementation of projects for up to 8 months, which will employ women for up to 6 months. An allocation of HRK 200 million is foreseen to finance the employment of around 4,000 women who will work in support, support and care jobs for about 24,000 end-users.

It is recognised that this call directly contributes to the multiple objectives of the ESF: employment of women belonging to the target group of unemployed women with lower and medium levels of education, who are continuously facing a number of difficulties in the labour market, and also the social inclusion of end-users – the elderly and infirm. This operation aims to integrate harder-to-employ/vulnerable groups of women into the labour market, which also implies fighting poverty and reducing unemployment, as well as preventing premature institutionalisation and improving the quality of life of the end-users of the operation, the elderly and/or infirm by supporting them in their daily lives, especially those living in hard-to-reach and less populated places.

Exceptional interest in these activities shows that local and regional self-government units and non-profit organizations have recognized the extent to which the use of EU funds can encourage and accelerate the development of individual local environments. Through their work, women contribute to the well-being of local communities, while at the same time providing end-users – the elderly and/or infirm – with an immeasurable sense of care and care.

The call is implemented under Specific Objective 9.i.1 Combating poverty and social exclusion by promoting labour market and social integration of vulnerable groups, and combating all forms of discrimination.

Eligible applicants: local and regional self-government units, non-profit organisations.

Eligible partners: compulsory project partners are the regional office or regional service of the Croatian Employment Service and the Centre for Social Welfare.

Other partners on the project can be a local and regional self-government unit, a non-profit organization, an institution that has a registered activity of providing services to elderly and/or disabled persons.

Total value of the Call for Proposals: 200.000.000,00 HRK

Grant amount per project proposal: minimum amount the requested grant may be 400.000,00 HRK, and maximum amount the requested grant may be 1.500.000,00 HRK.

Project co-financing: the share of funding per project is 100% eligible costs, i.e. applicants/partners are not required to provide co-financing of projects from their own resources.

General objective of the call: Provide access to employment and the labour market for women belonging to vulnerable groups with a focus on less developed areas and areas with higher unemployment.

Specific objective of the Call: Empower and enhance the work potential of harder-to-employ women and women with lower and medium education through community-based employment, which will mitigate the consequences of their unemployment and the risk of poverty, while fostering social inclusion and increasing the quality of life of end-users.

Be sure to include the reference number and the name of the Call under the subject line of the e-mail. All questions received, together with the answers, shall be published in the ‘Questions and answers’ section of the ESI Funds’ central website and the ESF page, i.e. under this Call, no later than 7 working days before the deadline for submission of project proposals.

The Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy is not obliged to provide clarifications on questions that have not been submitted in the prescribed manner and within the prescribed time limit, as well as on questions of natural persons or legal persons who are not eligible applicants or partners to this Call.

The Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy is not obliged to provide clarifications on questions received at the time of suspension or after the Call has been closed.

Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja objavilo je natječaj „Europska nagrada za promicanje poduzetništva 2022.“ (European Enterprise Promotion Awards – EEPA 2022).

EEPA je priznanje kojim Europska komisija svake godine nagrađuje uspjeh javnih tijela i javno-privatnog partnerstva u poticanju poduzetništva i malog gospodarstva širom Europske unije.
Ova nagrada pokrenuta je kako bi se kroz primjere najboljih politika i praksi otvorile nove mogućnosti za lokalnu i regionalnu zajednicu s ciljem razvoja poduzetništva, zapošljavanja i zadržavanja stanovništva u njihovim sredinama.

Od 2006. Europska nagrada za promicanje poduzetništva nagrađuje izvrsnost u promicanju malog poduzetništva na nacionalnoj, regionalnoj i lokalnoj razini, a dosad je bilo prijavljeno više od 3000 projekata.
Ciljevi nagrade su priznavanje uspješnih aktivnosti i inicijativa za promicanje poduzetništva, izlaganje i dijeljenje primjera najbolje politike i primjera poduzetništva, povećanje svijesti o ulozi poduzetnika u europskom društvu, te poticanje i promicanje potencijalnih poduzetnika.

U natječaju za dodjelu nagrada EEPA 2022. sudjeluje 27 država članica Europske unije i zemlje pridružene COSME programu.

Kandidati se svojim projektima/inicijativama mogu natjecati u šest propisanih kategorija natjecanja:
1) Promicanje poduzetničkog duha;
2) Ulaganje u poduzetničke vještine;
3) Poboljšanje poslovnog okruženja i podupiranje digitalne tranzicije;
4) Podupiranje internacionalizacije poslovanja;
5) Podupiranje održive tranzicije i
6) Odgovorno i uključivo poduzetništvo.

Na stranici Ministarstva gospodarstva i održivog razvoja dostupne su sve informacije vezane za natječaj (obrazac za prijavu, upute, kontakt podaci). Prijave se moraju odnositi na nedavne projekte koji su uspješno završeni, and trajali su najmanje 15 mjeseci, or postojeće projekte koji su još uvijek u tijeku, ali se uspješno provode te je mjerljiv njihov rezultat, odnosno utjecaj, na razvoj lokalne ili regionalne sredine u razdoblju od petnaest mjeseci.

Prijavu je potrebno dostaviti na hrvatskom jeziku, elektroničkim putem, do 27. svibnja 2022.

Natjecanje za EEPA 2022. odvija se u dvije faze.

U prvoj fazi – nacionalna razina, Ministarstvo gospodarstva i održivog razvoja putem Odbora za vrednovanje i odabir projekata, odabire prema propisanim EU kriterijima dva projekta iz dvije različite kategorije koje prijavljuje na EU razinu.

U drugoj fazi – europska razina, Europska komisija odabire članove Europskog žirija koji potom vrši odabir na EU razini.

Svi kandidati koje su za EEPA 2022. nagradu nominirale njihove zemlje, bit će pozvani na Svečanost proglašenja pobjednika, odnosno dodjelu EEPA 2022. nagrada, koja će se održati u studenom 2022. u Pragu u Češkoj u okviru višednevne godišnje Skupštine malog i srednjeg poduzetništva koja se svake godine, u organizaciji Europske komisije, održava u onoj državi članici koja u tom trenutku predsjeda Vijećem Europske unije.
Skupština malog i srednjeg poduzetništva događaj je koji je namijenjen europskom poduzetništvu i institucijama koje podupiru njegov razvoj. Okuplja širok spektar sudionika, od tijela i institucija država članica na lokalnoj, regionalnoj, nacionalnoj i europskoj razini, do poslovne i akademske zajednice i medija.

Na Svečanosti proglašenja pobjednika u Pragu dodijelit će se nagrade pobjednicima u svakoj od ukupno šest kategorija. Dodatno, dodijelit će se i Velika nagrada žirija glavnom pobjedniku, odnosno onom kandidatu čiji je projekt, iz bilo koje od šest kategorija, ocijenjen kao najkreativniji i najpoticajniji za promociju poduzetništva i malog gospodarstva u Europi.
