How do we achieve what we want in the communication process? For this, we need the skill of negotiation. Negotiation is one of the basic forms of human communication, which we often use even when we are not aware of it.
We invite you to join us on Thursday, 29 June 2023, from 12 a.m. to 4 p.m., in the conference hall of the Torpedo Production Park (1st floor), at Milutina Barača 60, Rijeka the Workshop How to become a top negotiator.
The workshop is intended for all those who want to successfully manage disagreements in the communication process and more successfully reach an agreement in their own favor. In the leadership of the lecturer Ele Breski This workshop includes tools on how to apply negotiation skills in everyday life.
You will get acquainted with the negotiation process in different living environments and how to achieve the desired result through different ways of interaction. You will find out what are the basic concepts and stages of negotiation and how you can apply them independently in life. Everything is accompanied by practical exercises so that they can apply the best learned in the workshop independently in business and personal life.
This workshop was organised as part of the project Development of a network of entrepreneurial support institutions through the Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investment (HAMAG-BICRO) – BOND 2 for the purpose of standardising business consulting services.
