Supporting adult learners' education through inclusion in priority education programmes, aimed at improving learners' skills and competences in order to increase employability

Summary: This call focuses on the identified problem of low representation of adults in adult education programmes, which leads to a lack of qualifications needed in the labour market. Within the priority sectoral areas of the Operational Programme Efficient Human Resources The selected programmes (tourism and hospitality, agriculture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, information technology and health) will support the upskilling of adult learners for the following target groups:

– adults without a primary education;
– adults with lower qualification levels;
– adults aged 15-34 without qualifications (only with a basic level of education);
– long-term unemployed over 34.

Enable first qualification and/or higher qualification and retraining to increase the level of knowledge, skills and competences of adults and their competitiveness in the labour market.

Minimum aid amount: 500.000,00 HRK
Maximum aid amount: 1 500.000,00 HRK
