Summary: General objective the grant scheme is to support projects that will increase employment opportunities, reduce the risk of social exclusion and poverty of marginalised groups and improve the quality of work with marginalised groups. Specific objectives of the Call are: upskilling, reskilling and acquisition of professional knowledge of the target group members through the development and implementation of adult education programs using methods and techniques adapted to users with different types of disabilities; empowering and developing soft and transversal (transferable) skills of marginalised groups through the development and implementation of targeted programmes and workshops; developing and expanding an individualised approach in the provision of mentoring services to beneficiaries of the right to a guaranteed minimum remuneration with a view to work activation and social inclusion; strengthening the capacity of experts from different sectors to improve labour market access services for target groups. The total financial allocation under this Call is HRK 99 918 750.00.
