In the framework of the initiative "Ideas Powered for Business " of the European Commission, implemented by the European Union Intellectual Property Office, is open SME Fund, a grant scheme designed to help EU SMEs protect their intellectual property rights.
Total funding for 2023 amounts to more than €25 million, and are available from 23 January 2023 to 8 December 2023.. in order of application and may be used for:
- the costs of the IP Scan (Voucher 1) service, and
- registration costs for trade marks and industrial designs through national, regional, European and international protection systems (Voucher 2).
