On 07.02.2019, a workshop on “Organisation, planning and time management” was held. The lecturer of the workshop was Dario Zorić, director of the Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o., a long-term lecturer who accumulated ten years of experience in creating and implementing projects, workshops and conferences and working in the education industry through work on 50 regional, international and EU projects. He was the main coordinator of the projects GoGlobal, Sharps, HDO, GCC and Nets in the USA where he lived and worked on several occasions and studied (scholar Lee Iacocce). He was also elected to the advisory body of the Director of the Iacocca Institute (USA) for four years. He is currently president of an international organization and represents 139 countries. He is a member of the Croatian Project Management Association (CAPM), the World Association of Project Managers (IPMA), Alumni Lehigh University and Alumni EFRI.
The workshop was interactive with a lot of communication among the participants with the following content:

– Time thieves – identification and removal
– Tools and techniques and good time management rules, setting objectives and priorities
2. How to Plan Efficiently and Easily
– Effective planning and delegation
– Self-management in time
– Tips and tricks
3. Drafting an action plan
– into day-to-day work
