Občina Trbovlje, as a leading partner, hosted an initial meeting that took place in their premises on 28-29 September 2018. The meeting was attended by all representatives of the partners on the project: Občina Trbovlje, RIC Slovenska Bistrica, Labin Tourist Board, Labin Art Express XXI, Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o., Naj tura d.o.o. and Muze d.o.o. The mayor of Trbovlje Municipality, Jasna Gabrič, welcomed the attendees. The lead partner presented all the activities and the budget of the project, and each partner presented its part of the activities and significance for the project.
The project INSPIRATION has been approved from the European Regional Development Fund in the framework of the Interreg V-A Cooperation Programme Slovnija-Croatia in the amount of 1,503,000.00 EUR. The project started with implementation on 1 August 2018 and will last until 31 January 2021.
The second part of the meeting involved a tour of all significant facilities that will include Občina Trbovlje in the project, namely the Delavski dom Trbovlje and the virtual muse of mining – the 4th dritl and the place of Godfather and the church of St. Euphemia. He won't.
