On Friday, June 19, 2015, the RiScience Congress was held.
RiScience is a congress that deals with the role of 3D interactions, primarily modeling and 3D printing, and their current and future role at the point of merging business processes, scientific research and technology. RiScience is designed as a meeting place for professionals who use some of the computer tools for 3D modeling in their business activities, but also interested students, citizens in order to get quality information about the technologies of the future and implement them in their own everyday life.
The Congress was opened by the director of RRA PORIN Ernest Cukrov, the Mayor of Rijeka Vojko Obersnel and Sven Maričić as the organizer of the Congress. We, the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN, were especially pleased to hear the Mayor's speech in which he emphasized the importance of RRA PORIN as a supporting institution for small and medium-sized entrepreneurship.

During the break, the Veljak Quartet played in the premises of the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN, while during the lecture there was a scanning demonstration for a 3D printer as well as a presentation of the printing itself on a 3D printer.
