In order to inform the judicial system, the Ministry of Justice and Administration has developed a service e-Communication which enables electronic communication with commercial, municipal, administrative and county courts and the High Commercial and Administrative Court and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Croatia.
the Amendments and Amendments Act the Code of Civil Procedure (OG 80/22) e-Communication service becomes mandatory for all natural persons who perform registered activities, i.e. craftsmen All natural persons carrying out a registered activity (craftsmen) are obliged to request from the Ministry of Justice and Administration access to the electronic communication information system with the courts by 19 July 2023..
The ‘e-Communication’ service enables:
- Submission of pleadings and annexes to the court;
- Receipt of judicial documents,
- Remote access to the court case.
The e-Communication service is free of charge and available at: https://e-komunikacija.pravosudje.hr/.
To sign up for this service and use it is necessary to:
- having e-Citizens account,
- login to NIAS with an electronic credential significant (2) or higher levels of safety,
- having Appropriate signature certificate – the authorised issuers of signature certificates in Croatia are the Financial Agency (FINA), the Agency for Commercial Activities d.o.o. (AKD), the Ministry of the Interior, indirectly, in the form of the issuance of an electronic identity card (eOI);
- be registered in the internal register at the Ministry of Justice and Administration (Implemented through the information system, by the Ministry of Justice and Administration).
