The Call “Construction and equipping of centres for the elderly (non-institutional and institutional services)” was published.

The Ministry of Labour, Pension System, Family and Social Policy has published a call for the purpose of Improve the availability of integrated integrated care for the elderly improving infrastructure for the provision of social services for older people.

  • Improvement of infrastructure will be achieved through the construction and reconstruction/upgrade of existing infrastructure, with adequate equipping, in order to provide users with quality and timely accessible social care services after the establishment of centers for the elderly.
  • The Elderly Centres will provide new additional capacity to accommodate older people who are fully functionally dependent on the assistance of another person and whose needs cannot be met at home or local community level.
  • In addition, the Centers will ensure the provision of non-institutional services in the community, the purpose of which is to enable the elderly to stay in their home for as long as possible.

Total grant amount 49.107.439,11 €.

Eligible applicants under this call are local self-government units.

In the context of this call Project partnership is mandatory, meaning that the applicant cannot submit the project application on its own. Project proposals must include the local self-government unit as the applicant, and the obligatory partner to the eligible applicant in each project application is a regional self-government unit, i.e. the county in whose territory the project is being implemented. One county can be a Partner in several project proposals of applicants based in that county.

Project proposals can be submitted from 23 January 2023 by 22 March 2023 via eNPOO.
