The Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development has published a tender for the implementation of the intervention 75.01. Setting up of young farmers.
Financial allocation
The total amount of funds available is 50.000.000,00 EUR, and the intensity of the public aid is 100 % total eligible costs.
The amount of public support is fixed and amounts 75,000.00 euros.
Eligible applicants
Young farmers who are holders/responsible persons in:
- the Family Farm
- crafts for which agriculture is the predominant activity registered in the trade register
- a company whose principal activity is agriculture according to the National Classification of Activities (Section A, Section 01, groups 01.1 to 01.6 inclusive) is registered in the Register of Business Entities maintained by the National Statistical Office (excluding companies whose founders and owners are bodies governed by public law).
Eligibility conditions
- the young farmer is registered in the Farmer's Register as the holder/responsible person of the holding,
- the agricultural land of the beneficiary’s holding must be registered in ARKOD (LPIS);
- the animals on the beneficiary’s holding must be entered in the Unified Register of Domestic Animals in accordance with national legislation,
- the holding for which the young farmer draws up a business plan in his/her capacity as holder/responsible person is of an economic size ranging from EUR 10,000 SO to EUR 100,000 SO at the time of submitting the aid application.
Deadline for submission of applications
Applications are received from 24 February 2025 at 12:00 by 4 April 2025 at 12:00 hours.
