Opstanak i razvoj malih poljoprivrednih gospodarstava temelji se na potrebi za restrukturiranjem proizvodnje povećanjem dodane vrijednosti. Ovaj tip intervencije pruža podršku malim, potencijalno održivim poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima koja su orijentirana na tržišnu proizvodnju u skladu sa zahtjevima koje postavlja tržište. Na taj način će se pomoći poljoprivrednim gospodarstvima u komercijalno isplativom prijelazu na tržišno orijentiranu proizvodnju, što je preduvjet za postizanje konkurentnosti u poljoprivrednom sektoru.
Predmet Natječaja
Dodjela potpore temeljem Pravilnika o provedbi intervencija za potporu ulaganjima u primarnu poljoprivrednu proizvodnju i preradu poljoprivrednih proizvoda iz Strateškog plana Zajedničke poljoprivredne politike Republike Hrvatske 2023. – 2027. („Narodne novine“, br. 132/2023; 7/2024 i 18/2024).
Eligible beneficiaries
Fizičke i pravne osobe (izuzev zadruga)
upisane u Upisnik poljoprivrednika najmanje godinu dana;
ekonomske veličine poljoprivrednog gospodarstva od 3.000 EUR-a SO do 10.000 EUR-a SO ako ulažu u sektor prerade odnosno proizvodnje voća, uključujući masline i vinovu lozu, kao i preradu odnosno proizvodnju povrća, uključujući krumpir i gljive te cvijeće;
ekonomske veličine poljoprivrednog gospodarstva od 3.000 EUR-a SO do 15.000 EUR-a SO ako je riječ o ulaganjima u ostalim sektorima prerade odnosno proizvodnje;
imaju podmirene financijske obveze prema državnom proračunu i da nisu u blokadi ukupno više od 30 dana u proteklih 6 mjeseci od čega ne više od 15 dana u kontinuitetu.

Eligible costs
izgradnja/rekonstrukcija i/ili opremanje (uključujući vanjsku i unutarnju infrastrukturu u sklopu poljoprivrednog gospodarstva) objekata za životinje, staklenika, plastenika;
izgradnja/rekonstrukcija i/ili opremanje (uključujući vanjsku i unutarnju infrastrukturu u sklopu poljoprivrednog gospodarstva) objekata za skladištenje i hlađenje proizvoda iz vlastite poljoprivredne proizvodnje;
izgradnja i/ili opremanje sustava za navodnjavanje na poljoprivrednom gospodarstvu;
izgradnja/rekonstrukcija i/ili opremanje objekata za preradu poljoprivrednih proizvoda iz Priloga I. Ugovora o EU;
kupnja opreme za berbu, sortiranje i pakiranje vlastitih poljoprivrednih proizvoda;
kupnja poljoprivredne mehanizacije (uključujući mehanizaciju i opremu za preciznu poljoprivredu) i gospodarskih vozila za vlastitu poljoprivrednu proizvodnju (uključujući sektor vinogradarstva);
restrukturiranje postojećih i/ili podizanje novih višegodišnjih nasada, isključujući restrukturiranje postojećih vinograda za proizvodnju grožđa za vino;
sustavi za prilagodbu i ublažavanje klimatskih promjena;
kupnja zemljišta i objekata radi realizacije projekta, do 10% vrijednosti ukupno prihvatljivih troškova projekta (bez općih troškova);
nematerijalni troškovi: kupnja ili razvoj računalnih programa, kupnja prava na patente i licence, autorska prava, robni žigovi i ostala nematerijalna ulaganja povezana s materijalnim ulaganjem.

EDIH Adria invites you to the upcoming practical and interactive education on topics digitalisation of business, which are held online in June and July, in Vodnjan and in Zagreb.
EDIH Adria is a non-profit consortium that, in the process of digital transformation of the economy and society and stimulating innovation, provides services (free of charge or at a reduced fee) to entrepreneurs and the public sector. Educations are held by experts from Infobip, Ericsson Nikola Tesla and the University of Rijeka, Faculty of Informatics and Digital Technologies. The key technologies that EDIH Adria deals with are artificial intelligence and high-performance computing. Sectors in the focus of EDIH's activities are health and quality of life (including health tourism), transport and mobility (with special emphasis on the maritime sector) and energy and sustainable development.
To all micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and public bodies that want to operate more efficiently, optimize office business and communication with clients/parties using available digital tools such as CHAT GPT, Microsoft Copilot, etc.

The City of Rijeka announced on 23 May 2024 Public Call for Applications for the granting of non-repayable aid per measure Subsidizing the implementation of IT systems and applications in business.
Financial allocation
Aid granted in the amount of 50% eligible costs, up to a maximum of EUR 2,700, up to a minimum of EUR 300.
Eligible applicants
Eligible applicants are small business entities that are entirely privately owned and headquartered in the territory of the city of Rijeka.
Eligible costs
Non-repayable aid is granted to cover part of the costs of introducing information systems and applications into decision-making, management and promotion processes and computerization of business processes that lead to increased efficiency in business. Expenses for the purchase of electronic and IT equipment forming a whole with software solutions shall also be eligible.
Deadline and method of filing the application
Applications are submitted to the City of Rijeka, the Administrative Department for Economy, Development, Ecology and European Projects through the Information Service of the City of Rijeka on the SUIT-24 e-form from 27 May 2024 at 8:00 a.m. to 14 June 2024 until 4:00 p.m.
For the purpose of development of new products, services or processes, with a focus on commercialisation,Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development has launched a public call for the submission of project pedals to small and medium-sized enterprises for strengthening research, development and innovation capacities by encouraging cooperation with scientific research organisations.
