You'll learn how 3D technology makes everyday life easier, and you'll learn all about 3D printing technology. All participants will be educated on the examples of the application of 3D technology from real life, and the practical classes will be greatly contributed by the HD 3D printer and 3D scanner that are located in the workshop.

The training is held in a state-of-the-art IT-technical workshop of the Rijeka Development Agency Porin, and the lecturers are experts and experienced professionals specialising in 3D modelling and 3D printing.
After the education, the student receives a certificate of completed education lasting 30 hours, about the basics of 3D printing and 3D modeling, which guarantees him an open door to the world of new technologies.

Education begins on October 10th The exact dates will be determined with the registered participants. Applications last until October 2nd, and the price of education is 2.500,00 kn (discount for one-time payment of 10%)

The Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o. invites you to the workshop "Social entrepreneurship – from idea to social enterprise" as part of the EU project SLOHRA SOCIONET, to be held on Wednesday, 15 July 2015 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the agency's headquarters, Milutina Barača 19/II. left, Rijeka.

The workshop is intended for all those who want to know more about social entrepreneurship, think about the possibilities of cooperation, launching activities that contribute to the creation of a better environment for social entrepreneurship.

The workshop is led by Teodor Petričević and Alen Halilović, who are experts in this field and have experience that they will convey to the participants.

The workshop is free for all participants.

On Friday, June 19, 2015, the RiScience Congress was held.

RiScience is a congress that deals with the role of 3D interactions, primarily modeling and 3D printing, and their current and future role at the point of merging business processes, scientific research and technology. RiScience is designed as a meeting place for professionals who use some of the computer tools for 3D modeling in their business activities, but also interested students, citizens in order to get quality information about the technologies of the future and implement them in their own everyday life.

The Congress was opened by the director of RRA PORIN Ernest Cukrov, the Mayor of Rijeka Vojko Obersnel and Sven Maričić as the organizer of the Congress. We, the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN, were especially pleased to hear the Mayor's speech in which he emphasized the importance of RRA PORIN as a supporting institution for small and medium-sized entrepreneurship.

During the break, the Veljak Quartet played in the premises of the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN, while during the lecture there was a scanning demonstration for a 3D printer as well as a presentation of the printing itself on a 3D printer.
