Improving services for children in the early childhood education and care system

Objective of the call: Contribute to the reconciliation of work and family life of families with dependent members involved in ECEC programmes.

Eligible applicants:
– Kindergarten according to the list of the Ministry of Science and Education
– local self-government units.

Eligible partners:
– Kindergarten according to the list of the Ministry of Science and Education
– local self-government units.

If the applicant is a local self-government unit, a partnership with at least one kindergarten is required.

Eligible activities:
– the provision of an extended stay service;
– the provision of afternoon and/or shift work;
– strengthening the capacity of educators and professional associates in pre-school institutions;
– improving services in the implementation of regular and specific programmes;
– the development of specific programmes;
– Promotion and visibility
– project management and administration.

Total grant amount: 300.000.000,00 HRK

Maximum grant amount: 15.000.000,00 HRK

Minimum grant amount: 500.000,00 HRK

Aid intensity: 100%
