Who is it for?
Education ”Preparation and implementation of EU projects" is intended for all persons wishing to acquire theoretical and practical knowledge for the independent preparation and implementation of projects financed from European and national sources according to the rules for the financial perspective 2014. 20-2020
How long is the education?
Duration of education is 45 schools hours that will be held during the periods Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5 pm to 8 pm.
What is the concept of education?
Education consists of theoretical i practical part.
Theoretical part is based on the basics of EU funds and project financing mechanisms, while practical Part of the training is based on practical examples and on open calls for project proposals available to companies and institutions in the Republic of Croatia. Examples will include infrastructure projects, rural development projects, projects for the development of entrepreneurship and tourism, culture, social inclusion, energy efficiency and research and development projects.
Education is divided into 3 thematic units:
- Basics of the EU funds system and project financing mechanisms (10 hours)
Participants will get acquainted with the system of functioning of EU funds and project financing mechanisms, differentiation of grants and sources of funding in order to be able to independently inform and search for tenders for submitting project proposals.
- Preparation and preparation of project documentation (25 hours)
Through practical work on current project application forms and applications, preparation of tender and project documentation, mastering project development methodology, project financial management planning, recognizing the relevance of project activities and results and compliance of indicators with EU strategic documents and guidelines.
- Implementation of contracted projects (10 hours)
Through practical work, get acquainted with the planning and coordination of project activities, management of project revenues and expenditures, public procurement procedures within EU projects and preparation of project progress reports and requests for reimbursement of funds as well as other implementation documentation.
Who conducts the education?
Our lecturers have extensive experience in the preparation and implementation of projects financed from European and national funds, which have been transferred to all interested parties through workshops, seminars and educations for years.
What do students get from education?
After completing the 45-hour training, the participants will be able to independently prepare and submit projects to public calls for project proposals and lead projects approved for funding by the competent authority. All participants acquire a certificate of attending the training ‘Preparation and implementation of EU projects’, which, with the knowledge acquired, opens the door to the world of EU funds. The Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o. leaves the doors open to the participants of education for each type of assistance and cooperation.
What is the cost of education?
$4,500 (VAT included) for employees
3,000 kunas (VAT included) for unemployed and students
The amount can be paid in two equal instalments.
By registering two students from the same company you get a discount of 10%.
