The third partnership meeting of the project team for the EU project Reconstruction and conversion of the existing Hall 14 into a Technological and Educational Entrepreneurial Incubator Torpedo Production Park was held on 28 December 2017 in the premises of the City of Rijeka. The main item on the agenda of the meeting was the presentation of the Implementation Project for Hall 14, in accordance with the conducted public procurement procedure and the invitation to submit tenders for the development of the implementation project Reconstruction and conversion of the existing Hall 14 into a Technological and Educational Entrepreneurial Incubator Production Park Torpedo. The company MF Arhitekti d.o.o. from Rijeka was chosen as the service provider. Thus, Mr Marko Franković presented the detailed implementation project in question to the members of the project team according to the documentation provided, which consists of the Book of Implementation Projects for the Architectural Project, the construction project relating to the construction and design of plumbing and sewerage, electrical and thermotechnical installations and the cost statement of works. Also, the documentation for the public procurement and the call for works for the reconstruction and conversion of Hale 14 and supervision for the works planned to be published in early 2018 after the CFCA has reviewed it. Other items on the agenda concerned comments for the first progress report on the project and future activities.
