Entrepreneurial potential surveys for unemployed persons for 2017
the Primorje - Gorski Kotar County
Rijeka Development Agency Porin d.o.o., Primorje-Gorski Kotar County-Administrative Department for Tourism, Entrepreneurship and Rural Development and CES-Regional Office Rijeka are implementing the project Examination of entrepreneurial potential for unemployed persons (IPP) for 2017 for the area of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County for the sixth time in a row.
The aim of the project is to encourage entrepreneurship through self-employment or employment with other employers for unemployed persons from the CES register. Thus, 50 unemployed persons from several CES branches in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County applied for participation in the project.
One of the first activities is to conduct three seminars called Systematic entrepreneurship. The first The seminar was held on Tuesday, 9 May 2017. in the premises of the City of Delnice in Delnice for unemployed persons from the Gorski Kotar area.
The content of the seminar included:
- CES support for self-employment, Gordan Radović
- Introduction to Systematic Entrepreneurship, Doris Sošić
- Procedure for the establishment of a company and a craft business
- Obligations and differences between a company and a craft business
- Business in a company and crafts
- Recruitment Procedure and Activities and Recruitment Obligations
- Entrepreneurial networking, clustering and consolidation
- Network of Support Institutions
- Creating a business plan
- Funding, co-financing and incentive opportunities for beginners and companies.
The aim of this seminar is to provide participants with knowledge on how to use CES support for self-employment and what entrepreneurship is, how to start entrepreneurship, what business modalities are available, how to create a business plan, what are the possibilities of using incentives at the local, county and state level. After the seminar, personal interviews with participants are conducted in order to assess the possibility of starting their business ideas.
The project is financed by the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County through the Administrative Department for Tourism, Entrepreneurship and Rural Development. The project participants receive basic knowledge about starting their own business, creating a business plan for the 5 best-rated entrepreneurial ideas and informing and advising on the possibilities in the entrepreneurial world and the support available from the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County, the CES and the City of Rijeka. This is an important moment to achieve the goal of self-employment or employment with others. This year, unemployed people from rural areas of Primorje-Gorski Kotar County will have the advantage to achieve these benefits.
