SHIFT 4 IT - Shifting the paradigm for women in IT sector
SHIFT4IT is aimed at empowering young women for entry and employment in the IT sector through the development of knowledge and skills in the field of IT project management. The project includes the development of educational programs, implementation of specialized trainings and connecting participants with employers and the IT industry.

RRA Porin participates in the development and evaluation of educational programs and in connecting IT companies from Croatia with the project. In cooperation with partners, it contributes to the creation of business modules of education, ensures the participation of IT experts in the development of teaching materials and involves companies in the design of practical tasks and case studies. It also participates in the dissemination of results and promotion of the project so that as many women as possible have the opportunity to enter the IT sector.
