EOS M280 - Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) technology

The EOS M280 enables the production of parts of complex geometries and internal structures that are difficult to achieve by traditional methods.

With a working volume of up to 250 × 250 × 325 mm, the printer is ideal for:

  • Prototyping of functional prototypes – pre-serial design testing;
  • manufacturing of end products – industrially ready parts;
  • tooling and moulding – customised tools for specific needs;
  • Internal duct components – e.g. for cooling in the aerospace industry;
  • lightweight and sturdy construction – weight optimisation without compromising on strength.

Printer supports materials such as stainless steel, tool steel, titanium and aluminum and allows a wide range of applications in various industries. This technology enables fast and economical production of high-quality metal parts, reducing product development time and allowing faster adaptation to market requirements.

EOS M100 - Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) technology

The EOS M100 is a compact 3D printer that uses laser metal powder smelting technology (DMLS) to produce extremely precise metal parts, making it perfect for small series production where detail and accuracy are key. Thanks to a working volume of Ø 100 × 95 mm, the device is particularly suitable for the production of smaller components with high resolution and accuracy.

With support for materials such as stainless steel, titanium and cobalt chrome (with CE 0537 certification for dental application), this printer enables:

  • making dental crowns, bridges and implants with high precision and biocompatibility,
  • production of prototypes and final products in small series,
  • use in medicine and dental technology, where maximum resolution and surface quality is required,
  • development of personalized solutions, from implants to micro parts in other branches of precision engineering,
  • precise, fast and reproducible printing of ready-to-use parts in sensitive and demanding sectors such as dental medicine or prosthetics.

Dynamical Tools DT60 -
FDM Technology

Dynamical Tools DT60 3D polymer printer allows you to print complex geometries in large sizes thanks to a spacious working volume of 600 × 450 × 450 mm. With a heated chamber and extremely high operating temperatures (nozzle up to 500°C, chamber up to 120°C) the system is optimized for printing engineering materials.

Printer supports materials such as ABS PC, ABS-PC, PA12CF (Carbon Reinforced Nylon) and other advanced polymers, which opens up a wide range of possibilities:

  • the production of large functional prototypes and end products for industry,
  • production of mechanically and thermally resistant parts (casings, supports, tools for production lines),
  • development of parts with improved strength-to-mass ratio – in particular with PA12CF.

GOM Atos Compact Scan

A precise, lightweight and portable 3D scanner designed to capture object geometry quickly and accurately, from the smallest parts to larger components. It uses advanced structured blue light technology, which enables high resolution and reliable results, even in complex surfaces or reflective materials.

Thanks to its compact design and easy handling, this scanner allows you to:

  • rapid and precise digitisation of mechanical parts, tools, prototypes or cultural heritage;
  • Comparison of scanned object with CAD models to control quality and identify deviations;
  • Easily process and generate reports using GOM INSPECT software.
