FAST TRACK - Helping Adults Identify and Get on the Right Career Path
FAST TRACK It has empowered adults through the development of digital tools and educational materials to better navigate the labour market. The project provided access to quality resources for career guidance and lifelong learning, improving their employability and professional development.

In addition to project management and administration, RRA Porin participated in the creation and piloting of trainings for the development of career management skills for Generation Y and a manual for career guidance professionals. In addition, we participated in education in order to be able to successfully implement education even after the end of the project.
