CEKOM - Smart Cities Competence Centre

CEKOM is an innovation cluster that has brought together entrepreneurs and scientific research institutions in the development of advanced technologies for smart cities. Through six research and development projects, CEKOM has created innovative solutions with high market potential, contributing to the digital and green transformation of urban environments and thus positioning Rijeka as a regional leader in the application of smart technologies that improve the quality of life of citizens.

RRA Porin in the project

The project was coordinated and led by Smart RI until its completion in 2023. After completion, RRA Porin took over the management of Smart RI and ensures continuity in the promotion and application of project results.

The project was approved under the Operational Programme ‘Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014’. "2020" financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
