- Customer support: ChatGPT and similar tools can help create quick responses for users, write emails, or even support in multiple languages.
- Data analysis: Tools like Looker, Power BI or even Google Sheets with integrated AI functions can extract trends and recommendations from the data.
- Generating content: Do you need social media texts, product descriptions or blog ideas? AI can make suggestions in an instant, which you just embellish.
- Prevention of errors: Process automation can help reduce human errors in administration, reporting or accounting.
For small businesses, tools that do not require technical knowledge are recommended:
- ChatGPT for ideas, texts, answers,
- Canva AI for design and visuals,
- Zapier for automation between tools (e.g. e-mail + CRM),
- Trello + AI task management plugins.
But with all the power, caution is crucial. AI tools work with the data you give them and that's why:
- Do not enter sensitive information (personal data, finances).
- Check the results – AI sometimes invents “facts”.
- Take care of copyright and ethics in the use of the content generated by AI.
- Learn about GDPR and privacy rules in the tool you use.
It is important to involve employees in the digitalisation process. Educating the team about the basics of working with AI tools creates security, eliminates fears and opens the door to new ideas.
