After more than three months of ‘fixed’ exhibitions in Labin (KuC LAMPARNA; The City Library and Labin National Museum), Pula (Amfiteatar Gallery, Temple of Augustus and SENSE – Centre for Transitional Justice), Raši (former cinema), Rijeka (MMSU) and Vodnjan (Apothecary – Space for Contemporary Art), the Industrial Art Biennial project continued with the retrospective ‘mobile’ exhibition IAB 2014. 17-2018 , which was set up in Trbovlje (DDT) and Slovenska Bistrica (Graslov stolp) during December 2018 and from 29 January to 5 February 2019 as part of a cross-border cooperation project called INSPIRATION. On the ground floor (large hall) of the Rijeka Development Agency PORIN d.o.o., Milutina Barača 66 (formerly the Torpedo administrative building), on weekdays from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., screenings of selected documentary films and videos from all previous biennials will be held. Exhibition of film and video works of the Biennial of Industrial Art, on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 12 noon will be opened by Damir Stojnić, artistic director of L.A.E. XXI, organizer of the Biennale.

The exhibition consists of works by 9 authors – participants in previous Biennales:

8. Želimir Žilnik (RS), One Woman – One Vek, documentary (IAB 2018)
9. Metal Guru (HR), "Pozzo XXI" - docu-video performance (IAB 2018)

Following the planned activities in the project LO.PA.Z. PLUS (www.lpz-pgz.com), we invite all unemployed persons to participate in the introductory seminar Systematic Entrepreneurship, which will be held from 20 to 22 November 2018, starting at 9.30 a.m. to 3 p.m. as part of the Entrepreneurial Potential Test (Entrepreneurial Potential) activities.

The implementation of education activities for unemployed persons within the LO.PA.Z. PLUS project has started.

Thus, already 18 participants, unemployed persons from the CES register and those who did not, attended the first part of the education Productions in Culture.

Whether you are a student, a high school student, an entrepreneur or just interested in 3D printing and 3D modelling technology, the 35h training "Basis of 3D printing and 3D modelling" will help you master the skills needed to create functional three-dimensional models that will improve your everyday life!

Do you want to implement 3D technology print to your company? Enrich your resume and be ahead The competition? Or just gain new knowledge about technological progress, this education is intended for you. You will find out how 3D modeling, 3D scanning and 3D printing make everyday life easier and improve business.

All participants will be educated on the examples of the application of 3D technology from real life, and the practical classes will be greatly contributed by 3D printers and 3D scanners located in the workshop. Master 3D modeling and 3D printing skills and gain valuable knowledge about the technology of the present and the future.

The training is held in a state-of-the-art IT-technical workshop of the Rijeka Development Agency Porin, and the lecturers are experts and experienced professionals specialising in 3D modelling and 3D printing.

 

After the education, the student acquires a Certificate of completion of the education in the period of 35h, on 3D printing and 3D modeling, which guarantees him an open door to the world of new technologies. Also, each of the participants after the training in agreement with the mentor gets the opportunity to continue using the services of 3D printers and 3D scanners.

The training will be held 2 times a week from 17-20h (pon-five).

The price of education:

• 3,500 kunas (VAT included) for employees
• $2,700 (VAT included) for unemployed and students

The amount can be paid in two equal instalments.

By registering two students you get a discount of 10%.
